SOLUTION

To help demonstrate who and what Milk & More was, we created the Farm Shop Tour.

As its main proposition was ‘Farm Shop foods delivered to your door’, we developed a Farm Shop pop-up, featuring many of their community supplier’s goods. We hosted supplier tastings, Meet the Farmer sessions and Sustainability Workshops around Milk & More’s iconic glass milk bottle, delivered to your door by the traditional milkman of the UK.

This open approach to the service and the products, helped drive new customer acquisition and immediate sales of products at the events.

The tour continues to run into its third year, as it has proven to drive valued customers into the brand and service.
