OBJECTIVES

Help the nation to know that coffee from a Costa Express Machine, tastes as good as from a Barista in store.

Help inspire those consumers who haven’t yet trialed one of our machines- to give them a go.

Be able encourage repeat engagement, trial and purchase.

Encourage app downloads to introduce new loyal
customers to the brand.

SOLUTION

INFORM about their free Costa Express coffee.

ENCOURAGE participation- by directing them to their closest Express machine.

REWARD by encouraging them to show us their app, or getting them to download the app to receive free points.

Our job was to stand out and help people find the Express machines, to receive their free coffee. Our teams hit the streets of 3 cities on one day, to achieve this.

We also built a Pop-up kiosk of Express machines, in a high footfall area of Birmingham, to help introduce the product to busy commuters.
