We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Account Director to join Circle at a critical stage in our business development, with direct responsibility for leading one of our biggest clients in conjunction with the agency leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a creative, integrated or experiential agency – and will have managed direct reports, as well as won, grown and nurtured client business.
You’ll need demonstrable proficiency in creating and guiding big name brand campaigns through the spectrum of experiential and below-the-line marketing techniques.
You’ll have creative and commercial nous – be both a cheerleader and a goal scorer, who can strategically advise clients as well as produce and deliver memorable live events.
You must possess an unflappable demeanour, an ambition to build lasting commercial partnerships, empathetic management skills and a desire to be part of an agency leadership team.
